Must have a valid LinkedIn profile Duration: 12+ months Must be based in EST or CST 10+ years of experience required Focus is more on the governance and overall strategy piece, especially for the sr. level resource. Understanding of reporting and dashboards in Tableau Trying to automate to homegrown tool Ideally understands regulatory terminology Familiar with data management Sharepoint, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerApps Familiarity with how these tools are used Process Excellence ideas Proposed optimization solutions, implementation plans Continuously looking at metrics we are preparing and delivering Open to challenging current state Business aspects of data standards, governance Manage complexity and ambiguity Understand and define business requirements (i.e. BA skills) High level need: Data Management: functional and technical specialist services in MS Sharepoint Platform, Tableau, PowerBI. Creation and maintenance of collaboration tools to increase data insights. Process Excellence: assessing current state, propose optimization solutions, and prepare implementation plans for endorsed optimization efforts across assigned GRA processes. Process management: Report provision and Data Analysis in support of GRA Management Compliance Reporting and other leadership reporting forums Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into information, and strategies into concrete plans. Understanding of business aspects of data standards, data architecture and related governance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work and thrive in a cross-functional and multi-cultural dynamic environment. Strong decision making and holistic problem-solving skills. Skill in coherently managing complex activities with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple workstreams. Collaboration and Partnership skills to effectively manage conflict resolution. Facilitation, presentation, and meeting leadership skills for audiences at all levels.
