This position isn't your typical "front desk" role, but instead an exciting and unique customer service/sales hybrid position! Customer service needs to be at an expert level for anyone seeking employment in this position, and you should genuinely want to make everyone's day better. Responsibilities: Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner. Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory. Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules. Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional Processing transactions and issuing receipts. Open/Closing salon company. Handling cash deposits. Shipping/Receiving orders Requirements: Proficiency in administrative computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and Gmail. The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Excellent customer service and skills. Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor.
