WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS: The Finance Department is seeking a Manager of Operational Accounting to join a seasoned accounting team. The ideal candidate is energetic, hands-on, and has experience working in a large accounting team. The Manager of Operational Accounting will oversee the operational accounting function within the company, specifically focusing on supporting integrity of the accounts payable (AP) function and the accurate accounting for payroll transactions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preserving controls over these key operational processes. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: The position will be generally responsible for the following duties and will evolve over time: Manage and lead a team of AP technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
