Project Manager €85k+ Fire & Security Position: Project Manager Salary : €80k-€92k+ Depending on Exp, + Excellent Benefits Package Perm, full-time Location: Dublin/ Leinster Area Job details: Manage all technical, engineering and operational staff on site including Company sub-contractors; Plan out weekly work programmes and produce weekly reports on the progress of the project including RFI’s, procurement schedules, technical submittals, program responses, critical dates and any other required documentation specific to the project; Plan and co-ordinate deliveries of materials; Manage the site teams ensuring that all key milestones are met; Submit weekly reports to the Commercial Manager to ensure the site programme of works meets budget and timelines; Constantly reinforce the health & safety culture, maintaining an accident free site; Ensure works carried out to all relevant Fire & Security Standards. Requirements 3rd Level qualification in Construction Management / Engineering or equivalent3+ years High Level Project Management or Contract Management experience Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully seeing projects through to completion. Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, MS Projects and other project management tools.
