Social Worker: CIN: Hybrid: GBP38 p/hr Nonstop care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Leicestershire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Children In Need Team. They offer excellent hybrid working flexibility allowing for you spend less time in the car travelling and more time at home allowing for an improved work/life balance which is what we all need You will be in their CP team but will only be involved in CIN cases and backssment any section 47s or long term backssments will be based to a different member of the team. Responsibilities: Engage with children, their carers and families in such a way as to clearly understand their circumstances, wishes and feelings and form conclusions which direct longer term interventions focused on the best interests of the child.
