We are currently working with a number of schools in Lytham St Annes We are keen to hear from inspiring QTS, NQTs, Teaching Assistants with Level 1:3 qualifications, HLTA certification or graduates who are considering a career within education. Ideally you will have your DBS on the update service, or willing to acquire one. Subjects include: Primary: Numeracy, Literacy and Science Secondary: Maths, English, Science, Humanities and French. Key responsibilities: Working with small group cohorts from 1:1 : 1:6Creating lesson plans tailored to the students learning style Assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement and recording attainment levels using our internal reporting system Deliver engaging sessions to support a range of learning styles Drive measurable outcomes from each session to measure impact Work collaboratively with educational/care stakeholders ensuring student support. Working in accordance with the KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines. Desired experience: Experienced in tutoring one to one or small groups of pupils who require additional educational or pastoral support Experience in taking supervision and correction constructively Experience working in inclusion units, special settings or alternative provisioninteractionperience in working with students with SEN, children with undiagnosed SEN, disengaged young people or looked after children Responsibilities: Demonstrate academic competence in the subject area(s) and build a curriculum, creating lesson plans individual to the students learning style Assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement and recording attainment levels.
