Job Title: Static HVAC Engineer (with Plumbing Background) Location: Supermarket Distribution Centre : Bracknell We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Static HVAC Engineer with a plumbing background to join our leading Supermarket Distribution Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our facility and ensure optimal conditions for our perishable goods. Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations Perform inspections and diagnostic backssments to identify and resolve issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Conduct plumbing tasks, such as repairs and installations, as needed to support the facilitys operations Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules Monitor and maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment maintenance logs and service reports Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Requirements: Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting and repair Proficiency in plumbing tasks, such as pipe: fitting, repairs, and installations Experience working with pumps and motors Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations Excellent problem: solving skills and ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications 25 days of annual leave (excluding bank holidays) Pension scheme with a 5 employer match Overtime opportunities to earn additional income Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
