They understand clients business objectives, providing tailored services to foster strong, lasting relationships. The Role: Join our client as a Service Desk Technician. With a minimum of 1 years service desk experience, youll uphold a strong work ethic and adaptability to handle high-pressure situations. Responsibilities: Deliver technical support from 1st line to 2nd line, catering to customer needs. Efficiently manage the ticketing system, SLAs, and customer responses. Oversee and act upon work tickets assigned to you and your team. Assist colleagues by directly addressing customer calls. Monitor the status of customer systems and provided solutions. Supervise backup, antivirus, and antispam systems for clients. Collaborate with senior engineers for remote and on-site tasks, including autonomous on-site work. Participate in on-call services as required. Maintain up-to-date client technical documentation. Foster clear communication with clients, especially regarding live work tickets. Keep senior engineers informed of critical issues. Convey client needs to the Technical Manager. Handle prospect and client correspondence effectively. Requirements: Hold at least 1 year of IT service desk experience. Possess a valid driving licence. Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Some weekend availability required. Flexible hours based on business needs. Schedule: Monday: 08:00 - 16:45 / 09:15 - 18:00 Tuesday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 / 09:30 - 18:00 Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
