This is an administrative position. The hours are full time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.Summary: Responsible for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) patients in BPH clinic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Oversees all aspects of patients Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) treatment from diagnose to satisfaction of treatment, including but not limited to being the point of contact for patient, to scheduling appointments, managing medication refills, prior authorization and obtaining IPSS scores. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Valid Ohio LPN license. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be self-motivated, well organized and able to multitask. Must be able to work independently. Previous experience with Allscripts and EMR a plus.
