Job Title: Sous Chef This is an amazing opportunity to join one of London’s most renowned private members clubs. Within the club you can expect to find the finest décor, sport facilities, bars, and several stunning restaurants. Their brasserie are currently looking for a new Sous Chef to join their incredible team producing British dishes in a all day dining restaurant. Sous Chef Benefits: · £20 per hour + annual club bonus. · 40 hour contract, hourly paid overtime. · Closed for Christmas & New Year every year. · Working within a stable and supportive senior team. · Located five-minute walk from Green Park Station· Earliest start 8am· Latest finish 11:30pm· Private health care· Meals and uniform provided whilst on duty. · Pension schemes. Sous Chef Requirements: • A competent and experienced Sous Chef who can confidently support their head chef run a brasserie style operation. • A strong leader and motivator for the junior members of the kitchen brigade. • A creative chef who can assist in the creation of seasonal British dishes. • The successful Sous chef must have a stable employment history and good references. • Someone who is hands on, self-motivated and has at least five years’ experience working in professional kitchens.
