EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF – LUXURY HOTEL, MOROCCOThis job role is open to Moroccan nationals - local package offered. Our client is a luxury 5 hotel property in Casablanca and we are looking for a good Executive Sous Chef, to help the Executive Chef run the hotel kitchens. The ideal Chef for this role, must have a background of cooking in luxury hotels or restaurants with a focus on French, Moroccan or International cuisine. Good leadership and communication skills are required - you will be able to manage a diverse team of staff.
