Weare looking someone to join the Financial Reporting Technical Training team atan Assistant Manager level. Why is training unique at RSM? The training team are involved from the inception and scoping, innovation in the design and ultimately, delivery of the finished product. Theteam have full responsibility for training projects and are supported throughoutincluding technical reviews, a separate team of e Learning developers and peerreviews within the wider training team. The training team work closely with stakeholders from thebusiness to develop and deliver a programme of training that both responds tothe regulatory rigours of the profession and complements the professionaldevelopment of every member of the team. The use ofinnovative training design across a range of delivery formats is a primaryfocus of our training strategy.
