Key Responsibilities: 1 Team Leadership and Supervision: Provide strong leadership to a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff. Maintenance Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies to ensure the reliability and longevity of building systems. Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting: Utilise in: depth technical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues in building systems. System Upgrades and Improvements: Lead initiatives for system upgrades, retrofits, and improvements to enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and overall performance. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement innovative solutions.
