Do you want to work for a leading manufacturer of plastic products? Do you have a passion for engineering? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support to all manufacturing operations. You will also be responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, and working with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance plans. Requirements We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with PLCs and robots is an asset. : A relevant HNC, ONC or City and Guild qualification. : A broad range of electrical and mechanical installation/maintenance experience. : Experience of the repair and maintenance of production machinery, injection moulding machines and extrusion machines and ancillary equipment. : Experience of PLC's and robots would be advantageous. : Full UK Driving Licence Benefits This position is full: time permanent, and the successful applicant will be required to work a rotational shift pattern as follows: early shift 6am till 2 pm, late shift 2pm till 10pm, and night shift 10pm till 6am (night shift is every 5:6 weeks)Salary is GBP 33k to GBP 40k inclusive of 20 shift allowance If this role sounds of interest, and have a CV ready to go, hit apply, if you want to find out more, and dont have a CV to hand?
