Pre Construction Manager Office is based in Manchester, includes site visits. Paying £55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus £400 per month car allowance. Info: You will be responsible for producing professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates the client value proposition. The preconstruction manager will report to the Head of Operations and be assigned to manage and support specific bid teams in preparing work winning proposals. The pre construction will use a high-level understanding of the key technical issues associated with the proposed project to prepare technical submissions on projects from low £20k to high £10m+ project values. Purpose: To manage activities for all enquiries within the business unit. To review each enquiry and determine what resources are required to return each bid. To set up each new enquiry including processes and arranging review sessions. To set up and assist in producing the tender return documentation. Accountabilities: Tracking enquiries within the business unit as to their current progress, submittal date, client decision date and start on site date. Reviewing document contents ITT, RFPSProviding technical explanations to achieve tender requirements Leading GO/NO GOs to senior management Reviewing new enquiries to determine what resources will need to be appointed to achieve return date with required tender proposal documentation. Raising new Q numbers. Completing Go / No Go permission to bid and permission to submit documentation. Setting up review meetings with required personnel. Managing activities within current enquires. Relaying information to Salesforce co-ordinator. Setting up proposal documentation. Setting up estimate sheets. Costing for preliminaries Managing all tender activities to ensure a successful proposal Assistance in preparing preliminary programmes.
