Join my clients team as a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Building Services and spearhead the optimisation and reliability of electrical systems within their flagship building. Position: Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer : Building Services Location: Westminster, London Salary: GBP48,000 Shift: 4 on 4 off Days (No nights) Responsibilities: As the Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your role will encompass: 1 Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of electrical systems, encompassing power distribution, lighting, controls, and safety systems. 2 Providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of electrical maintenance engineers and technicians. 3 Collaborating with other departments to strategies and execute planned preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot issues. 4 Developing and implementing best practices, standard operating procedures, and innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. 5 Conducting regular inspections and backssments of electrical equipment, identifying potential problems, and implementing effective solutions. 6 Analysing data and performance metrics to optimise energy consumption and reduce downtime. 7 Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all maintenance activities. 8 Contributing to the development of long: term maintenance strategies and plans for electrical systems. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have: 1 A Core electrical qualification (C and G or NVQ Level 3) or equivalent 2 Extensive experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, with a strong focus on building services. 3 Profound understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, controls, and safety systems.
