Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Digital Order Team Lead, the successful candidate will work to provide expert assistance to customers and will build ongoing business relationships through repeated contact and consultation, specifically by maintaining customer portals across Applied Canada’ Service Centres in order to maximize profitability and efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating and assigning portal and digital orders for customers Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and ensure timely delivery of products/services Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers Monitor account performance and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and commitment to Service Level Agreements Provide guidance to CSSRs on daily operations by creating, reviewing, validating, and maintaining customer data, portals, invoicing,.
