If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Highways Customer Service Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hampshire Highways Service. You will bring your customer: centric approach, as well as be an enthusiastic and innovative individual motivated by continuous service improvement and supporting staff to reach their full potential. As our Customer Service Manager, you will be joining the Highways Operation Centre, which is an integral part of the delivery of Hampshire Highways service, ready to support our ambitious transformation programme to improve our customers experience when interacting with us, whether that is on the phone, through webchat, or online reporting, this comes at an unpresented time in both demand and budgetary constraints. We put our customers at the heart of what we do. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be part of the leadership team responsible for the delivery of our Highways customer contact service within the Highways Operation Centre. You will be responsible for our Customer Service Team, dealing with calls, online reports, emails and webchat enquiries, with three direct reports, your Customer Service Team Leaders have 26 staff delivering a fast: paced, complex service. Ensuring we strive for continuous improvement across our processes, as well as maximising the potential of our biggest asset, our people.
