All clients that we work with become repeat clients : The Role: Unit Manager within a Care Home The main purpose of the role is to be responsible and accountable for the wellbeing of residents within the Unit, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met whilst helping to achieve their full capabilities. Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient running of the unit in accordance with the policies of the care home, company and registering authority guidelines. Main Responsibilities: Communication - Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, colleagues, and external stakeholders, recognising the need for alternative methods of communication to overcome different levels of understanding, cultural background and preferred methods of communicating.
