Local Service Manager Sandwood House and other schemes across Birmingham and Kidderminster GBP 35,055 : GBP 36,900 37.5 hours per week : Monday to Friday 9am : 5pm Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, why not join us to work as part of our Learning Disability, Mental Health and Homelessness services. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join us in the role of Local Service Manager, to provide a high: quality service and join our team at Sandwood House. You will oversee the service delivery of five Intensive Housing Management supported housing services across Birmingham and Kidderminster: Sandwood House, Sandybanks, Primrose House, Bridgeburn Road and Compton Valley House. We support customers aged 18 and over with a wide range of support needs, including mental health needs, learning disabilities and people experiencing homelessness. The aim of our service is to ensure our clients achieve their goals and aspirations through support and encouragement. Our dedicated team focus on delivering excellent, quality, support to our customers in a range of areas. You will be responsible for effectively leading your team to ensure all our clients receive person centered support. Your role will ensure effective support systems are in place to meet our contractual obligations. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
