Job Title: Receptionist Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times. Maintain a neat and organized filing system for documents and records. Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members as needed. Receive and distribute mail and packages. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, and staff. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
