We are a small but fast-growing Residential Construction Law Firm in Boca Raton, Florida, looking for a Marketing Manager to make sure our marketing delivers the right marketing messages so that we have a continuous flow of the right people with the right problems contacting our firm for help at the right time. Our clients are mostly homeowners who hire us before, during, and after major home renovation and new home construction projects. Our law firm is particularly stellar at helping homeowners through nightmare projects that are taking too long, costing too much, with poor work quality, and usually an abusive or absent contractor who refuses to finish the job correctly. We have an owner with a creative vision and marketing channels designed to attract those clients, and we need a bright, creative, skilled, empathetic person who can carry out our marketing plan and convey the value of our services to these potential clients. We use our marketing as the beginning of a long-term relationship with our prospective new clients. To understand how our clients think, act, and feel, this position will also require you to perform client intake for approximately three months (i.e., speak to potential new clients, determine if they are “qualified leads,” and set them up for consultations with one of our attorneys). We provide training on what you need to know about our services to help our clients best, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially. Base pay of $25 per hour plus incentive opportunities up to $75,000 annually. This position will be full-time and can be done in some combination of in-office and work-from-home at the firm’s discretion. Responsibilities:• Manage the firm’s marketing channels• Create lead magnets and marketing glide paths• Continuously improve the firm’s SEO• Work with the firm’s PPC vendor to improve the quality of the leads delivered by PPC• Create digital and video resources for potential clients who do not immediately hire us• Create and execute the firm’s content calendar• Improve the firm’s presence in the community• Manage the firm’s email and social marketing channels• Maintain a tracking system in our CRM software and in Excel spreadsheets to monitor leads, consultations, new clients, and referral sources and report data to the firm's Owner• Obtain 5-star Google reviews from our satisfied clients.• Conduct intake with all potential new clients of the firm, making sure they feel understood and heard• Schedule potential new clients for consultations with our lawyers Qualifications:• 3-7 years of prior marketing manager experience or high-level marketing assistant experience• Prior experience marketing for a law firm or other professional services firm• Possesses the specific technical and software skills to carry out the Responsibilities above• Maintains a high standard for work product and an impeccably written work product• Previous experience with CRM software desired• You bring positivity and a "can-do" attitude to work daily.• College Degree Compensation: $52,000 - $75,000 yearly About Company: Our firm is going places – quickly.
