Responsibilities:• Present the variety of services and products provided by the company to potential clients to generate interest.• Communicate effectively with potential customers to evaluate their financial requirements.• Engage in New York Life's training and certification programs to enhance professional skills.• Acquire the necessary industry-specific licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).• Actively seek new potential clients daily to expand the client base. Qualifications:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for success in this role.• The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to pursue personal and professional growth.• Building relationships within the community and leveraging networks is vital for this position.• Adherence to ethical standards is a fundamental expectation for this role.• Demonstrated track record of achievements in the Sales industry is essential.• Possession of a valid Life and Health insurance license is strongly preferred.• Experience with a Series 6/7 license would be beneficial.• Being bilingual is a valuable asset for this position.
