Join us in shaping the future of commercial construction nationwide. **Compensation:** * Salary Range - $110,000 - $125,000 * Comprehensive Health Benefits * Performance-based Incentives * Allowance for Truck Usage * 4% Retirement Contribution Matching Responsibilities:• Lead the planning of projects by defining scope, goals, and deliverables• Create detailed project schedules and efficiently manage resources to ensure timely completion• Supervise project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies when feasible• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to guarantee seamless collaboration and adherence to project requirements• Conduct regular site visits in Indianapolis to oversee work progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering frequent updates on project status, addressing concerns, and seeking feedback• Identify potential risks proactively and develop strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns• Cultivate a collaborative team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports Qualifications:• A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be beneficial, although not mandatory.• Proven experience of 3-5 years in managing commercial projects is required.• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, such as estimating, scheduling, and budgeting, is essential.• Previous experience in the national commercial construction sector, excluding residential projects, is preferred.• Proficiency in project management tools and software like Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project is necessary.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are a must.• Willingness to travel to project sites across the country as needed is required.• Demonstrated leadership skills and a successful track record of managing project teams are essential.
