Responsibilities: • Take charge of recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and developing senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals and support staff to strengthen our legal team• Create marketing initiatives and plan, implement, and speak at various events and webinars, to further build up the credibility of the law firm to the community • Ensure that the firm is achieving its client satisfaction goals by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement• Maintain and develop your own client caseload (particularly handling complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney• Be responsible for the financial strategy of the law firm by anticipating requirements and trends, monitoring the monthly budget, distributing funds across the company, and evaluating the results - making modifications when necessary Qualifications: • Decision-making, public speaking and supervisory experience is required• Four-year bachelor's degree, along with a three-year law degree from an accredited law school• Great leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are needed in this role• Superior proficiency in reviewing reports, budgets, and advanced computer skills• Member of state and local bar associations Compensation: 171,500 About Company: We are a diverse and thriving Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law Firm, now in our 13th year.
