Responsibilities:• Assist the team lead with onboarding systems and help team members achieve their real estate goals.• Support owners in their day-to-day tasks to elevate overall business operations.• Coordinate team meetings, appointments, and photo shoot arrangements.• Adapt to the needs of the realty team and provide assistance as needed.• Help manage current clients in our advanced database.• Offer contract support to transaction coordinators and other members of the real estate team, efficiently managing all paperwork.• Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee marketing materials for each listing. This includes collaborating with the marketing team on photography, signage coordination, brochure distribution, and other essential materials. Qualifications:• Willingness to work diligently to ensure smooth office operations.• Enhance checklists and systems to facilitate easily followable, step-by-step procedures.• Maintain continuous communication with agents to enhance their skills and help them achieve their objectives.• Develop agendas and training sessions.• Prioritize exceptional customer care to ensure client satisfaction and positive relationships.• Proficiency in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.• A real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.• High school diploma, G.E.D. equivalent, or higher education.• At least 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
