Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs• Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles• Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base• Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders• Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish Qualifications: • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations• Candidates must have an insurance license• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required• Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus Compensation: $80,000 at plan About Company: The mutual insurance company offers a wide range of products.
