Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data• Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction• Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal• Lead follow up• Commercial lead generation• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals• Set and execute appointments• Close sales• Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language• Excellent communication and negotiating skills• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
