Heritage Church is seeking a motivated team player, capable of leading production volunteers, and building teams to pull off the weekends. This person will work directly under the worship pastor, and work together to execute all AVL elements for the weekend. Requirements: Godly lifestyle. Pass a background check. Alignment with the vision of Heritage Church. Strong communication skills Knowledge of all things AVL. Hard working self starter. Responsibilities: Purchase and maintain all audio/video/lighting equipment. Recruit, train, and oversee the volunteer tech team for weekends and events. Create graphics weekly in ProPresenter. Troubleshoot church building tech as needed. Assist in stage set design, and stage setup. Attend staff, and creative meetings.
