Carpenter (NOC 72310) Employer details: Sanjh Construction Ltd Job details• Location Calgary, AB, T3J 0Y9• Salary 29.00 hourly30 to 40 hours per Week• Terms of employment Permanent employment full time• Day, Morning, and Weekend• Start date starts as soon as possible• Vacancies 2 vacancies Overview Languages English Education• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience Experience an asset Work site environment• At heights• Confined spaces Work setting• Construction• Various locations• Relocation costs covered by employer• Renovation• Willing to relocate• Residential Responsibilities Tasks• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments Additional information Security and safety• Criminal record check Work conditions and physical capabilities• Bending, crouching, kneeling• Combination of sitting, standing, walking• Handling heavy loads• Physically demanding Personal suitability• Reliability• Team player Who can apply to this job?
