Position Summary: Working under the direction of the Director, Student Housing & Residence Life, the Assistant Director (AD), Residence Life provides primary leadership and is responsible for managing the operations and staff of the residence life team. Responsibilities of this position include: setting strategic direction for residence life operations and program planning, continuous program development and improvement, implementation, evaluation and backssment, while making considerations for accessibility, equity and inclusion.
