The candidate will assist with the investigation and development of securities class actions, derivative actions, and individual securities litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Will conduct a detailed factual and legal analysis of potential and pending securities and derivative claims. Attorneys with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Experience with the Delaware Court of Chancery is a plus. A background in economics or finance is helpful. This boutique firm has offices in several legal markets and has particular expertise in class action litigation.
