Familiarity with Wealth Counsel and Elder Council is preferred, and the candidate should be licensed to practice law in Indiana.Duties:Specialize in elder law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, Medicaid, and guardianships.Utilize a detail-oriented approach in drafting, reviewing, and editing estate planning documents.Manage a book of business (preferred) and proactively seek new client opportunities.Provide superior customer service by addressing and fulfilling the unique needs of elderly clients.Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Demonstrate a quick learning ability to adapt to evolving legal processes.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in elder law or related fields.Licensed to practice law in Indiana.Strong desire to work in elder law with a genuine interest in the associated areas.Motivated and quick to learn new legal processes.Possess a book of business (preferred).Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in legal documentation.Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication.Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently under pressure.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.Skills:Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and editing estate planning documents.Familiarity with Wealth Counsel and Elder Council (preferred).Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Compassion for the needs of elderly clients.Business development skills with a focus on expanding the client base.Job Location: Fort Wayne, IN Founded at the very beginning of the twentieth century, this premier law firm provides top-class legal services to a wide range of clients, right from individual and families to Fortune 500 companies.
