Role and Responsibilities: 🌞🌙 Full-Time position with Day and Night shifts, including Weekend Rotations. 🩺 Provide direct nursing care and support during recovery from acute and surgical conditions. 📝 Conduct patient assessments, manage care plans, administer medications, and document all activities. 🏥 Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective patient flow and discharge planning. 📞 Manage communications with patients and families, potentially handling phone triage as needed.
