Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year * Maintains the "Peace, love and ice cream" culture at all times (greets customers, offers samples, demonstrates store pride, etc)* Follows all applicable food safety rules, (including dress code and food storage rules)* Use of POS system/ basic cash handling* Available late summer nights (past 11pm) and weekends (some holidays)* Must be watchful and controlling with labor and cost of goods matrix this is vital* Has to be accountable for driving sales up and keeping costs down Store Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits. Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Ben &b Jerry's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger. Requirements/Responsibilities Store Manager Requirements:* Have an infectious smile and a sense of urgency* Must love making people happy* Must be able to work 6-8 hours on your feet* Are able to lift at least 20 lbs* Are able to work in a fast-paced environment* Has a “can do” attitude and is a people person, has a infectious smile and willing to grow with our network* Must have at least 2 years of retail food experience* Must understand small business operations and all its related concepts* Honest with integrity!* Must be available to work the nights, weekends and holidays, this is a desert business, its not a 9-5 job* Must understand technology and be great with social media and paperwork Store Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits.
