About Our Opportunity As the Labour Board Clerk, you will be accountable for providing administrative and clerical support to the Chair, Chief Administrator, Board Officers, and Vice-Chair/Members of the Labour Board, and will be accountable for efficiently and effectively processing applications and managing case information and proceeding activities, adjudicated by the Labour Board, in a timely manner in accordance with the Trade Union Act, Labour Standards Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and other labour and employment statutes within the jurisdiction of the Board. You will report to the Executive Officer, Nova Scotia Labour Board.
