Job Title: RQ07008 - Software Developer- Front End - Senior Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (former MGCS) Work Location: 595 Bay Street - 10th Floor, Toronto Ontario, Hybrid Estimated Start Date: Estimated End Date: #Business Days: 233.00 Extension: Probable after the initial mandate Hours per day or Week: 7.25 hours per day Security Level: CRJMC Must Haves Experience working with Java Script, HTML5, CSS3 Experience with Java Script frameworks such as React. js, Angular. js, & Vue and Type Script Experience in responsive design of web application, progressive web applications and mobile application Java/Sprint Framework, JS/Node. js, Python/Django, React Note: This position is currently listed as " Hybrid" ; however, the consultant will be remote due to COVID-19 related Work from Home (WFH) direction. Once the I&IT cluster staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well. Candidate needs to be in office- 3 days in a week Experience and Skill Set Requirements Web Front end – 50% Experience working with Java Script, HTML5, CSS3 Experience with Java Script frameworks such as React. js, Angular. js, & Vue and Type Script Experience in responsive design of web application, progressive web applications and mobile application Experience working with API ‘s and API Gateways. Familiarity with JSON & REST APIs Experience working with continuous integration. Experience with UX design, use of design systems Experienced in working in agile, iterative environments and obtaining continuous user feedback Back End – 35% Experience working with Node. JS, Next. JS, and Java Experience in developing, testing and implementing SOAP and REST APIs SOAP Web Service development connecting to backend Ministries API management tools such as IBM API Connect or equivalent Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containers and cloud based environments Working experience in distributed,.
