Minimum Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in paving, grade prep or other related activities Lead hand/supervisory experience with strong leadership skills Must be available to work 55 hours per week. Available to work extended hours and weekends, when required Preferred Qualifications: Mechanically inclined Day in the Life As a Construction Foreperson, your primary responsibility is to oversee the Grade Prep crew, ensuring proper preparation of construction sites before building begins. .
