Description:
Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, contracts) on multiple projects. Prepare & modify proposals, shop drawings & submittals. Ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications & construction standards. Prepare Status reports & payment documents by collecting & analyzing construction activity. Montior & track project milestones & deliverables. Analyze the construction reports & make necessary changes to complete the project w/in the schedule & budget & meet all structural design codes. Minimum Reqmnts: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering & Management & 1 Yr exp in related occupation. 30-hour OSHA certification and CMIT certification are reqd.
