Reporting into the Team Leader, you will deliver recruitment within a centralised recruitment service and specialise in Technology related roles. This is a hybrid working role which offers fantastic flexibility, you'll travel into the Sheffield (Pond Street) for meetings and team collaboration working, when required. About the role You will deliver an end: to: end recruitment service, from responding to a requisition that has been raised by a hiring manager in the recruitment system, to the point of verbal offer to an appropriate candidate. This role offers great opportunities for progression and sits within a team that welcomes fresh ideas and strategies. You will also: : Answer candidate and hiring manager queries, solving or escalating them through to successful conclusion: Maintain accurate records on all recruitment systems: Ensure 100 compliance with the agreed recruitment process: Manage customer relationships : both Hiring Manager, internal applicant, and potential employees throughout.
