Primary responsibilities for Coordinator and Rehab Assistant staffing plans, schedules, quality assurance, PPL, Automated Time and Attendance, coaching and development of staff. Works collaboratively with staff, peers, and department leadership to achieve goals set forth by Therapies leadership. Minimum Job Requirements Education High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED). Experience Requires 3 years experience in leadership role or in patient scheduling or medical clinic support. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision. Analytical and critical thinking skills to make independent decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment. Computer related experience with spreadsheets, computer scheduling and word processing. Microsoft Office required. Excellent communication skills in order to supervise employees and interact effectively with patients, families, physicians and co-workers.
