Marketing at Nutanix This role would be part of Nutanix's world-class marketing team. The marketing team at Nutanix is responsible for driving awareness and demand for Nutanix's solutions globally. They develop go-to-market plans, create marketing programs and assets, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales teams to evangelize solutions. The team is dynamic, fast-paced, and focused on delivering innovative marketing strategies that differentiate Nutanix in the hybrid multicloud market. This role would work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams including sales, partner marketing, and product management. Your Role Develop go-to-market plans for hybrid multicloud solution Create differentiated value propositions and marketing messages Drive worldwide awareness and demand for Nutanix solutions Create marketing assets that articulate the value of hybrid multicloud solutions Execute marketing plans in conjunction with marketing and sales teams Develop programs and activities for field and channel consumption Oversee market research and identify customer needs Develop effective content and selling motions for training and awareness Collaborate with partner marketing on campaign delivery What You Will Bring 5+ years of industry experience Technical background or understanding of hybrid multicloud solutions Understanding the sales process and lifecycle Strategic thinker with the ability to execute as an individual contributor Demonstrated track record of creative go-to-market and competitive campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Polished presentation abilities Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment Bachelors Degree required. MBA is a plus About the Team About Your Manager:You'll report to the Director of Product and Solutions Marketing, who has been with Nutanix for over 4 years. Working remotely allows for a balance between work and personal life.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD$ 117,040 and USD $234,120 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
