Technician Pay: $25-$36/hr ($52,000-$75,000) Background Check: Yes, 3-year felony background check and lifetime sex offender. No pending felony cases and no warrants. Drug Screen: Yes, a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen. Schedule: M-F 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm; On-call rotation Experience & Certifications Required : EPA Certification or CFC universal refrigerant card. Multiple years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance of commercial HVAC. You should possess several years of leadership experience in either Commercial Building Maintenance or Commercial HVAC Service Technician Duties : Service, diagnose & repair Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, fire/sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, and Commercial HVAC equipment.
