As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly by maintaining all equipment and facilities.The Maintenance Team Member will assist restaurant leadership in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and will properly maintain restaurant equipment. As the Maintenance Team Member, you will be provided the necessary tools and training needed to succeed in this position. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:• Daily Maintenance of outside grounds.• Performing daily detail cleaning, inspections, and regular PMs on all equipment and systems, including water filtration, ventilation, lighting, plumbing, refrigeration, and security• Organize and put away inventory from daily truck deliveries• Clean HVAC/Exhaust unit and replace filters regularly• Maintain and report all building equipment as necessary to restaurant leadership• Be able to use hand and power tools• Be able to handle basic repairs and maintenance• Changing filters and performing boil outs of deep fryers• Cleaning windows as needed• Power washing concrete sidewalks and drive thru lanes in between professional company visits• Understanding and controlling costs of facility repairs• Analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical failures • Maintaining a clean and safe workplace• Responsibilities may change as needed Requirements/Responsibilities Requirements:• Mornings and Saturdays Required • High level of professionalism• Detail oriented• Excellent communication skills• Working knowledge and acumen of machinery• Able to lift heavy boxes (40 lbs)• Ability to flourish in a fast pace environment• You must possess skills for problem solving and “outside the box” thinking. The role requires efficiency, a high energy and attention to detail.
