Kitchen Managers/Leaders daily hands-on operations responsibilities include: -Food Safety-Food Quality-Cleanliness-Kitchen systems/procedures are followed-People Training-Labor Budget-Food Cost controls-Inventory controls-Customer experience goals Availability: Full time position Monday - Saturday Kitchen morning manager availability: 6:00AM-3:30PMKitchen night manager availability: 3:00PM-11:00PM Must have Friday and Saturday availability Sunday's OFF Starting Salary: $26.00-$30.00 hourly Requirements/Responsibilities Skills: -Organized-Problem Solver-Meets Goals and Objectives-Good Communicator-Develop People-Ipad/computer user Requirements: 1-3 years of leadership experience (restaurant operations, people management)-ServSafe Manager Certification-Lift 20lb-50lbs-Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
