Psych Location: Wailuku, HI Duration: 3 Months Description: Must have Emergency Department experience. Position is primarily in the ED caring for BH patients. ED and behavioral health experience required Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience Graduate of an accredited nursing program. License, Certification, Registration Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Basic Life Support California Welfare and Institutions Code 5405 states that criminal background checks (LiveScan Service) must be conducted upon employment of any direct care staff or direct services supervisor at a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center 9MHRC or Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) which is licensed by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). Applicants must be cleared through Criminal Records Background Checks completed by the Dept. of Justice (DOJ) prior to start date Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. Procedural Sedation Competency Qualification License & Certifications: BLS State License
