We're seeking experienced professionals with 3-5 years of related experience in troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment. Inspect equipment and related components to ensure safe operation. Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff regarding repair status and schedules. Complete service tickets and maintain truck stock. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards. Serve as a positive example for less experienced technicians. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of related experience with troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Superb customer service skills. Dependable and able to work independently. Standard computer skills. Own industry-standard hand tools. Ability to travel extensively within the region. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays for on-call rotation. Mechanically inclined with a hunger to learn new techniques. Universal EPA certification required.
