Get ready to network, mingle, and make every member's experience unforgettable. Job Duties: Budgeting Whiz: Help develop yearly operating and capital improvements budgets. Supervisor Extraordinaire: Directly supervise all supervisory staff and indirectly supervise all line staff. Captain of Operations: Lead all departments, providing direction, training, and maintaining staff morale. Marketing Maven: Assist in developing advertising campaigns and position the club as the talk of the town. Membership Marvel: Promote and sell club memberships and programs with flair. Complaint Connoisseur: Handle member and employee concerns like a pro, fostering a team atmosphere along the way. Event Enthusiast: Participate in club events and classes, adding your unique spark to the mix. Working Conditions: Get ready for a whirlwind of excitement with days, evenings, and weekends required, putting in 50-60 hours per week. But hey, it's all part of the fun! Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in health club management preferred. Strong managerial and leadership skills are a must.
