The Product Development Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing project plans, identifying resources and monitoring deliverables to ensure the timely execution of product development plans. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, who builds strong relationships with stakeholders to drive new product development projects forward. When will you work? This position will work a hybrid schedule in our Swedesboro, NJ office. What you'll do: Create and manage new product project timelines, gaining concurrence and commitment to meeting timelines with cross functional personnel. Establish weekly meetings with cross functional teams to ensure continued forward movement of new product concepts through a development pipeline Schedule additional meetings as necessary to work through barriers to progress Identify roadblocks to task completion, work with manager to identify resource constraints and elevate to necessary personnel for visibility Provide weekly and monthly reports on progress of concepts and products in development. Perform key functions in the product testing process to ensure: Test samples are created and shipped on time Tracking samples for Lab management, and assisting with submission forms Tracking testing progress to keep stakeholders informed Enroll appropriate team members when issues occur to formulate resolutions Manage weekly product site transition meetings, schedule additional meetings as necessary to work through issues and complications. Work with product managers to create and track a robust concept funnel, incorporating feedback from customers, sales, marketing, pharmacy technical services and product management and build mechanisms for evaluating and moving ideas from concept to development. Create and manage change controls for each new product in development.
