The Operations/Dispatch Coordinator is an essential and multifaceted role in our organization’s operations. They will work with our professional moving crews, compliance personnel and customers. We are seeking an innovative, forward thinking, energetic, and tenacious individual to work with our leadership team, existing and prospective clients, and our partners. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized, socially confident, exude excellent customer service skills and must be able to multitask. An outstanding candidate should be able to keep all facets of an office running smoothly and ensure all operational responsibilities are being fulfilled. While ensuring compliance with regulations. APPLY TO LEARN MORE Key Skills/Qualifications Detailed orientated Skilled in documenting Important Data Precise data entry Strong Phone Skills Listening and verbal communications Astute, high energy and dependable Proficient in reporting Strong ability to multitask Ability to work effectively under pressure Must have 1-3 years Operations/Dispatch experience Bilingual preferred (Spanish) Core Responsibilities Coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch. Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory. Promote Safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines. Communicate effectively with Drivers and Helpers regarding taking and receiving payments. Communicate effectively with crews regarding daily duties and functions.
